Polyester Chips and Nylon Chips:
We supply quality PET Chips from China, Taiwan and Korea. PET Chips used in Textile Industry are also known as Fiber grade PET chips, filament grade PET chips or textile grade PET chips. Textile grade PET Chips are used for making Polyester Filament yarn like POY, FDY and Staple fiber used broadly in the Textile industry.
The Yarn grade or Textile grade PET chips are available in Super Bright (BR Chips), Semi Dull (SD Chips), Cationic Semi Dull and Cationic Super Bright PET Chips (CD Chips). The process of making PET Chips consists of mixing a thermoplastic polyester-resin material with an alumina tri-hydrate (ATH) filler and with a pigment, if desired, in a heated extruder to produce a continues stream of thermoplastic agglomerate. This product is allowed to cool, then it is cut, ground and screened to a predetermined size, as required to meet the size characteristic of the desired resin chip product.
We supply Nylon Chips from Taiwan. Nylon 6 chip is obtainable by hydrolytic polymerization of caprolactam in the presence of dicarboxylic acids as chain regulators, subsequent processing of the polymer melt into chip, extraction of the low molecular weight portions from the chip with water and subsequent drying of the chip.
Nylon 66 is made of hexamethylene diamine and adipic acid are combine with water in a reactor which gives nylon salt after polymerization process nylon 66 is produced. They are used for manufacturing textile grade yarns as well as industrial products. Available luster are Bright & Semi Dull.
Yarns & Fibers

The process for manufacturing the yarns includes spinning nylon polymer with a relative viscosity. Nylon is a thermoplastic silky material, Nylon was the first commercially successful polymer and the first synthetic fiber to be made entirely from coal, water, and air. Nylon is bifurcated in to Nylon 6 & Nylon 66. Nylon 6 is used in manufacturing garments mainly, where are nylon 66 is used to manufacture industrial products like tire cords, ropes for finishing nets.
Nylon can be used in carpet fiber, clothing, fishing lines, footwear, nylon fiber, pantyhose , windpants, toothbrush bristles, velcro, airbag fiber, auto parts intake manifolds, gas (petrol) tanks, slings and rope, used in climbing gear and slacklining ,machine parts, such as gears and bearings, parachutes, metalized, nylon balloons, classical and flamenco guitar strings, paintball marker bolts, racquetball, badminton, squash, and tennis racquet strings ,Strings for String instruments. Nylon fibers are used in many applications, including fabrics, bridal veils, carpets, musical strings and rope. High tenacity nylon fibers are used for seatbelts, tire cords, ballistic cloth and other uses.
